Elimu exists to help refugees, asylees, immigrants, and parolees achieve an economically stable, community driven life in the United States.

We use the tools of education, leadership training, career counseling, mentorship, social integration, and employment services to create an environment where participants can evolve into successful contributing members of society.

CAREER COUNSELING

We introduce participants to their career possibilities once they arrive in the United States, focusing on their personal interests.

MENTORSHIP

Having an experienced career mentor is a pivotal asset for our participants, illuminating the potential for connections and success.

EMPLOYMENT SERVICES

Many participants don’t have the connections for quality job placement when arriving in the United States. We bridge that gap.

CULTURAL ASSIMILATION

We celebrate our participants' culture while helping pave a path for a successful, community filled future.
